Hush is an Android call-screening app from LNS Marketing (https://www.lnsmarketing.com/). This policy explains what Hush handles on your phone and what we do with it.
Who is responsible

What Hush uses on your device
Hush is built to keep call decisions on your phone. v1 does not upload your contacts or call history to us.
- Contacts. On-device, so people in your address book can ring you.
- Incoming number and call metadata. On-device, to allow, silence, screen, or send a caller to a Hush bot.
- Always-ring and never-ring lists. Numbers you add. Stored on the device.
- Spam list. A Hush list of known scam numbers. Your personal lists stay on the device.
- Transcripts of screened or wasted calls. Only if you leave “Keep transcripts” on. These are the caller talking to Hush, not you, unless you join. Stored on the device. You can turn this off.
- Bot choice, pause, and settings. Stored on the device.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads in Hush. We do not use your contacts to build a public caller-ID graph. We do not listen to calls with people on your always-ring list.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Google is the merchant. We never see your card. Personal is $0.99 for 7 days, then $39.99/year or $4.99/month. Pro and Shop are monthly after the same intro week. Restore uses your Google account. Cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
Permissions
Hush asks to be your default Caller ID & spam app so it can see an incoming number and decide ring / silence / screen. Contacts permission is only to match that number to people you already saved.
Children
Hush is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Delete
In the app: More → Delete my data. Uninstalling removes on-device data. Play purchases stay with Google until you cancel.
